Coastal Sleep is searching for an outgoing and professional Respiratory Therapist  to join our Surrey and Abbotsford Sleep Apnea clinic on a Full-Time basis.

The successful candidate would be responsible in managing CPAP/BiPAP therapy patients with our team of RT’s.  This includes initiation of therapy, follow-up support and reporting of patient outcomes to the respective physicians/sleep specialists.

Respiratory Therapist (Full Time)


We are looking for a Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Disordered Breathing (SBD) experience to join our busy Victoria clinic. The successful individual will work closely with MedPro staff and referring physicians to manage the introduction of CPAP and BiPAP therapy to clients, provide intensive ongoing follow-up and support, monitor clinical outcomes and provide written documentation of therapy outcomes to the referring physician. The successful candidate will also be responsible to provide comprehensive respiratory assessments to patients introduced to home oxygen therapy and liaise with members of the Island Health healthcare team.

The qualifications we seek:

  • A confident and outgoing health care professional that is able to work effectively both on a team and independently.
  • A RRT designation is preferred, or progress towards this designation. Designations as a RPSGT, RN, LPN or similar qualifications will also be given consideration.
  • Commitment to an exceptional level of customer service.
  • A high level of both written and verbal communication ability.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and remain current with industry trends and professional development.
  • A valid B.C. Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Previous homecare experience is considered an asset.
