His zeal for research and best practices is infectious, as he wholeheartedly imparts his knowledge to everyone he encounters. Jason possesses the remarkable ability to strike a harmonious balance between light-hearted humor and taking charge as a leader when the team faces chaotic situations.

Meet Kayli, She is always willing to help out, she’s a great RT that always does what’s best for her patients, and she’s tons of fun to be around at work. I feel like I can go to her with any question and she’ll make time to talk it through.

Meet Navi. Navi is an incredibly passionate and educated RT! He always advocates for his patients and shows the upmost care. He is a great person to work with and keeps things light and positive even on busy shifts.

Meet Matt, a dedicated RRT at Royal Columbian hospital in New Westminster BC. Matt’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, as well as his eagerness to guide and support students and new team members, truly stand out. Matt consistently goes the extra mile in his efforts to enhance the department’s performance, all while maintaining a remarkable positive attitude, even during the most challenging shifts.

Meet Mauricio, he works in CPAP, but has also invested himself in the RPSGT program to serve his patients better. He is always available to help coworkers with patients who are proving hard to treat and has been known to take weekends and evenings to meet with groups of people on his own time to explain sleep and CPAP and help people understand their symptoms and how treatment helps. Mauricio is dedicated to his work, his coworkers and his patients, and is beyond appreciated.
