We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Anaesthesia Assistant in our Operating Room located at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, British Columbia.

The Anaesthesia Assistant works under the supervision of the Anaesthesiologist to provide technical support and clinical assistance in the induction, maintenance and recovery phases of anaesthesia, including monitoring physiological responses of patients during surgery.

To join our team you have:

  • Graduation from a Respiratory Therapy Diploma program
  • Post-graduate diploma in Anaesthesia Assistant program
  • Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapy and the BC Society of Respiratory Therapy
